To book, please say which weeks you are interested in.  We can only accept bookings for full weeks (Saturday pm to the following Saturday am)

Conditions for renting:

To secure the dates you want please provide -

·    25% deposit (non-refundable).

·    Your full name, address and telephone and e-mail details

The remaining 75% of the rental money to be cleared two weeks before your arrival date.  At this point we will also need a deposit of £250 only to be used against breakages.  This will be refunded, less the cost of any damage, on your return.

Arrival no earlier than 5pm, departure no later than 11am.

As you will see, the property is large and the local housekeeper needs this amount of time to prepare it for the next guests.

Baby sitting and cleaning can be arranged at €11 an hour through the local housekeeper.

You can have meals cooked for you or even delivered from the local restaurant.  Please arrange these with the local housekeeper the day before.
